Back in the day, before yeast became "controllable", brewers relied on "wild" yeasts that yielded beer with a degree of sourness to them. Learn the different methods American craft brewers are using as they return to the "wild side" and produce beers with less predictable yeasts and more wild, original and local sour flavor profiles.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, BUT seminars are only available to ticket-holders, who have already purchased either VIP/EARLY Admission or General Admission Walk-Around Grand Tasting tickets. This seminar is first come, first serve. About 50 seats will be available. Seminar is held in the same area as the Walk-Around Grand Tasting.
